Description
INSPECTION OF SHALLOW WATER MOORING SYSTEM BUOYS WITHIN NAVY-SUBMERGED LANDS, GUAM.
The successful contractor shall provide inspection and specific recommendations for future work of five (5) Shallow Water Mooring Systems (SWMS) buoys located within Navy submerged lands on Guam to ensure continued operational safety and functionality of the SWMS buoys and the safety of boaters using the moorings. Upon the availability of funds, the work includes two (2) Option Years to provide inspection and recommendations on additional SWMS Buoys. A total of eighteen (18) SWMS buoys are required should all options be exercised. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance for the Base Year is twelve (12) months from the date of award. The Period of Performance, should all options be exercised shall not exceed thirty-six (36) months. This Request for Quotation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency.
All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotations must be received by this office no later than 4:30 p.m. (Guam time/UTC +10) on Friday, August 12, 2022.
