Request for Proposal - Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, and Logistics Support for Fleet Readiness Center, Aviation Support Equipment

Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) intends to award a single source Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and Logistics Support (MROL) in support of Fleet Readiness Center, Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE) during the 3rd QTR FY23 utilizing 8(a) small business set aside procedures. Please see the Statement of Work for specific requirements. The anticipated Period of Performance is a three (3) year ordering period.

The services are currently being performed under contract N68335-17-C-0272 by Amentum Services, LLC, 20501 SENECA MEADOWS PKWY STE 300 GERMANTOWN MD 20876-7019.

This formal Request for Proposal (RFP) follows the Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought posting (N68520-22-R-0029) of 1 August 2022 and the Draft RFP release (N68520-22-R-0029) of 29 September 2022.

Deadline for Industry Questions. Interested parties may submit questions using the Enclosure (1) “Industry Worksheet” Excel file no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 15 November 2022 to ensure Government responses are provided. Any untimely question submissions will not be answered. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure timely Government receipt in accordance with above. The Government is not responsible for responses to questions for which the Offeror did not receive submission confirmation from the Government. All proposals must be submitted electronically through https://piee.eb.mil

Proposal Deadline.  Proposals must be submitted in accordance with all solicitation requirements no later than 2:00 PM EST on 05 December 2022. Proposals received after this deadline will be excluded from consideration IAW FAR 15.208.
