Description
AMENDMENT 01: The purpose of this amendment is to increase the amount of time for response to solicitation by 14 days from 11 October 2022 to 25 October 2022. Updated response to this solicitation should be in no later than 10:00 AM CST, 25 October 2022.
AMENDMENT 02: The purpose of this amendment is to increase the response time for the solicitation by 7 days from 25 October 2022 to 1 November 2022. Responses to the solicitation should be sent to the POCs no later than 10:00 AM CST, 1 November 2022.
AMENDMENT 03: The purpose of this amendment is to increase the response time for the solicitation by 14 days from 1 November 2022 to 15 November 2022. Responses to the solicitation should be sent to the POCs no later than 10:00 AM CST, 15 November 2022.
This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Emergency Spill Response at Little Rock Air Force Base. All work will be in accordance with Attachement - Performance Work Statement. This is a follow on solocitaion to the BPA FA446018A0001.
The BPA celling is $3000,000.00, and the individual Call limit is $150,000.00.
52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum
In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be completed on the SF 1449, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation and be sent to the identified POC's. If your quote is determined to be nonresponsive it will not be further considered for award.
To submit a complete quote, offerors shall perform the following:
a) Complete and submit the Attachment 3- Price Schedule.
b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed.
c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at the time of quote submission.
