Description

The purpose of this requirement is to acquire non-personal services from a single contractor to perform engineering, technical support, and specialized services associated with the maintenance of shipboard material readiness. Primary emphases will be on shipboard testing, inspection, Safety Management System programs, and Damage Control ? Environmental Protection programs required to maintain material readiness of the Military Sealift Command (MSC) fleet of approximately 130 vessels. The area of performance for these services will be world-wide, including onboard MSC ships, at Government shore-based offices, and contracted private shipyards and repair facilities.
