Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this Sources Sought announcement as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support the procurement of all materials, and complete repairs and upgrades to the existing Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) shiplift system located at the King Abdulaziz Naval Base (KANB). The offeror shall ensure the repairs deliver a complete and useable shiplift system. The offeror is expected to acquire the materials shown in Section 2a of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and perform the services shown in Sections 2b through 2e. The entirety of the materials needed to complete the repairs and upgrades may not be limited to those items listed in Section 2a. As a result of this Sources Sought, the U.S. Government will have a better understanding of industries capabilities in procuring and servicing these items. It is anticipated this requirement will be solicited on a full and open basis at a later date. There is no solicitation currently. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal(s); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the PWS requirements are invited to submit a Capability Statement (template attached) in response to this Sources Sought Notice by 14:00PM ET on 15 February 2025. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Eric Caruso at Eric.L.Caruso@usace.army.mil and Contract Specialist, Ms. Diane deLathouder at Diane.E.deLathouder@usace.army.mil.
