Description: The contractor will provide full software maintenance and support service installations of new/existing (RPMS) software and patch maintenance for the Red Lake Hospital and its affiliated site Ponemah Health Center. Providing routine monitoring of system backups, error traps, database space allocation, and database integrity, and correction of erroneous pointers and other problems identified in the monitoring process or by Red Lake Hospital IT department in accordance with the Statement of Work (attachment 2).

Period of Performance (POP) Base Year plus up to 4 one year options. Starts day contract is awarded
