Description

This amendment adds AMS clause 3.8.9-5 Prohibition on Using ByteDance Covered Applications Including TikTok (July 2023) to Part II Section I Contract Clauses in full text.  Attachment SIR-693KA9-22-R-00016-Section B thru M_Final is replaced in its entirety.
