Description
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in support of the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Employment Opportunity (ODE) is seeking information on how an interested contractor could:
- Provide NGA’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) employees with Daily on Site (DOS) and Intermittent Sign Language Interpreting services at NGA Washington, NGA St. Louis, NGA Wright-Patterson, and other locations as required to support DHH employees on official business within normal operating hours of 0600 through 1800 and after hours due to NGA’s 24 hours a day / 7 days a week operation.
- Provide Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) services on an intermittent basis at NGA Washington and NGA St. Louis for up to approximately 500 hours yearly.
- These services are required to ensure equal linguistic access for all NGA employees, visitors, and applicants.
- The responder is invited to provide informal information and recommendations for fashioning this proposed acquisition. Recommendation areas may include the type of contract, anticipated contract terms & conditions, incentives, variations in delivery schedule, price and/or cost proposal support, and data requirements, contract pricing, and any other areas that the responder believes is relevant for the Government to achieve its stated objectives. The responder may opine regarding what portion of the work could be set-aside for small businesses if all the required work cannot be provided by a small business. Details to support any recommendations for partial small business set-asides should be included. Responder is encouraged to make suggestions to the PWS.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information on current industry capabilities that would meet the requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 7 February 2024 and Government questions.
