NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), brand name only, sole source action. Name of Contractor: Bravo Inc. Street Address: 1811 SE 5th Avenue City, State, Zip: Cape Coral, FL 33990 The VA WNY Healthcare System (VAWNYHS), Environmental Management Services Department located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215 is requesting the procurement of two John Deere 544P Loaders with 3 Year/1500 Hour (No Travel Time/Mileage) Preventative Maintenance and Extended Warranty for Powertrain and Hydraulic for 3000 Total Hours or 36 Total Months. Additionally, the VAWNYHS Buffalo Grounds requests trade-in of their two 2011 John Deere 544K Loaders be considered as a part of this acquisition. The VAWNYHS in Buffalo, NY has 2 John Deere 544 with multiple attachments and is seeking the same make and model machines to be compatible with existing attachments. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333924 and the size standard is 1,250 employees No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Interested vendors that can meet this requirement, should identify their interest and capability, and respond to this notice by 9/01/2022 by 4:00 PM EST. Interested vendors must send a capability statement, no more than one page in length; to include Company Name, UEI Number, Socioeconomic Category, brief description of your business entities capability to provide these items and a Letter of Supply from OEM. All information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be sent via email to the Contracting Officer.
