Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item being procured in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The National Park Service intends to solicit quotes for a service of Elevator and Vertical Lift Inspection Service for Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Ohio.
This is the solicitation number 140P6422Q0031 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238290. The small business size standard is $19.5 M. Provisions and clauses are, incorporated in this solicitation document. Anticipated Award Date: on or before 31 August 2022 with an effective date of 1 September 2022.
To be considered for award your company must obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Your company must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be considered a small business for the size standard associated with the NAICS code found in block 10 on page one (1) of this solicitation, and this registration must be ¿active¿ in SAM at the time of quote close date/time.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF STATEMENT OF WORK
Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide periodic inspections and necessary maintenance/repairs to elevators and vertical lifts at several locations in Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Quotes are due at 12:00 PM ED, August 23, 2022. Offers may be submitted by email to colette_riegelmayer@nps.gov.
