Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) intends to award a sole source contract to Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS), LLC, 1015 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20005-2617 using FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures. ACAMS has no resellers or distributors, and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. The total estimated contract value is $1,529,200.00. The period of performance includes a twelve (12) month base period with two (2), 12-month optional periods for the “ACAMS enterprise license bundle subscription for up to 300 staff and up to 600 training days per annum.” A Sole Source Justification (SSJ) will be posted within 14 days after contract award.
