Description

The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden intends to solicit and competitively award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Between Occupancy Maintenance (BOM) for Military Family Housing located on Lucius D. Clay Kaserne and around Wiesbaden, Germany.
The IDIQ contract will consist of a five (5) one year Ordering Periods for a total Ordering Period of 60 months. Proposed Ordering Period start date is 21 February 2025.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide Between Occupancy Maintenance (BOM) for Army Family Housing (AFH) and Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH), including inspections, cleaning, preparation for painting, interior painting, floor repair, limited grounds maintenance and replacement of defective housing items. A detailed work description is provided by the Housing Office to the Contractor for completion of the identified BOM work. The Housing Office may issue up to 25 quarters on each work order with the same start day, for an average of 15 throughout the year. The orders will consist of work packages (WP) and separately priced line items. See the attached PWS for additional details.
