Therefore, to obtain this attachment, your company must be a certified contractor in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). For more information about this program,

The Air Force Test Center’s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), TN is seeking sources to manufacture and install a backup to the Arnold Engineering Development Complex’s (AEDC) PES #7 transformer in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1 – DRAFT Specification.
