This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04, effective 02 June 2023.

Description:
The Royal Air Force Lakenheath and Royal Air Force Mildenhall Chapels have a requirement for Ecumenical Youth Ministry Services to coordinate and implement youth ministry services for their respective communities. These services shall be implemented in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. See attachment 1- Performance Work Statement.

**Note: The Installation Logistical Support attachment is at the time of this solicitation not approved. If approved, it will be incorporated through a solicitation amendment or a no-cost modification after award.
