The Development Multiple Award Contract 2.0 (DevMAC 2.0) is a critical component of the Defense Healthcare Management System (DHMS) Program Executive Office (PEO) 3.0 digital transformation strategy, focused on producing teams of effective builders composing a world-class technology organization, well suited to adapt and evolve with the rapidly changing and on-demand environment around the Defense and Health ecosystem.

DHMS-Contracting Division (CD) is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals for this requirement. This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any type by the Government to take or not take any action. Please note DHMS-CD will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any entity which provides and/or attempts to provide information in response to this synopsis.
