Description

The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement for a Yellow Ribbon Event in Sioux Falls, SD January 6-7, 2023. Childcare services, meeting space (vendor and childcare), audio/visual equipment and food/beverages will be secured by the selected offeror with monitoring from the Yellow Ribbon POC. This event will have approximately 235 Adults, 40 Youth (ages 8-17) and 30 Children (ages 0-7).
The solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All offerors MUST have an ACTIVE SAM registration at time of solicitation closing, October 12, 2022. 

Solicitation will follow this pre-solicitation within two weeks.
