Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 Special Notice Intent *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center is anticipates entering into a single source procurement with DAKS Enterprises LTD to increase existing contract 36C252-21-P-1421 to add testing, maintenance and support for Viqua , Lightwise Pro 30, Ultraviolet Water Disinfection System and Nephros, Endopur , Endotoxin Filters (20 ) at the Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI. This acquisition is conducted under FAR 13.106-1. Other entities may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement no later than 8/19/2022 at 10:00 a.m. CDT. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested entities submitting a response to this notice must do so no later than the period specified for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received because of the notice of intent will normally be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available.
