Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Arkansas Army National Guard intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for: The build and installation Custom Cabinets. This solicitation will be other than full and open competition. The NAICS code is 337215 (cabinets) and the business size standard is 500 and PCF 7125. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government considering price and technical acceptability. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors based on price meeting the requirements of the attached purchase description. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with offerors. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary.
This is a small business set-aside.
Evaluation Factors (in order of importance)
- Technical – Quotes submitted shall address all requirements in the purchase description
- Price – Quotes must include all applicable costs.
No drawings to be provided, all vendors are required to attend site visit on 8/21/2024. All bid/quotes should have the following: UEI #, Cage Code, SBA status, POC and pricing break-out. Please email Leonard.d.roberson.civ@army.mil to confirm your attendee for site visit
Late quotes will not be considered. Quote packages shall be sent to Leonard.d.roberson.civ@army.mil
