SEASONAL LANDSCAPING SERVICE FOR ROSE LAKE PMC, EAST LASING, MI

The USDA needs to acquire landscaping services to provide monthly services at the PMC located in East Lansing, MI. Work includes conducting rough field grass mowing and edging. The contractor will be responsible for landscaping maintenance of approximately 20 acres of field grass to include monitoring and maintaining a grass height of approximately 3 inches; weed edging around buildings, base of trees, observation plots, and irrigation risers. A “finished mow” look for lawn not required. No fertilizer is required.

The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment (including repair and maintenance), material, supplies (including fuel); and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incidental to the performance of the items of work as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) document. Personnel must have experience with landscaping and field work services; experience in agriculture and farm work is desirable. Workers must be able to legally work in the United States.

This Firm Fixed Price requirement consists of one (1) Contract base period and two (2) option periods.  The Contract period is for one full year with performance to occur during the summer months only as noted in the Statement of Work.
