HILL AIR FORCE BASE SOFTWARE SUSTAINMENT CENTER (SSC) MODULAR STORAGE MAGAZINES (MSMS). This project includes construction services for construct two (2) earth covered reinforced concrete Hayman Igloo Modular Storage Magazines or ?igloos? at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah. Construction shall include utilities, site improvements, and other requirements in accordance with the terms of the contract and stated in the attachments. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Product or Service Code (PSC): Y1GA, Construction of Ammunition Storage Buildings Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard: $39,500,000.00 Annual Revenue In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204(g), the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Requirement is a total (100%) small business set-aside. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
