Description

This is a sole source brand name requirement for Differential Pressure Gauges manufactured by Mid-West Instrument.  Please see the Request for Quote (RFQ number N4215825QE018) attachment for exact specifications.  The RFQ must be filled in and signed completely.  Also, Attachment 1 the Technical Capability Statement must be filled in, initialed/signed, and an electronic copy shall be electronically with the RFQ.
