The information gathered from this request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only. The Government is not obligated, nor shall it pay for, any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The West Palm Beach VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center Facility address listed below: West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide to furnish all labor, instruments, supervision, and materials to perform preventative maintenance on all Medical Gas, Vacuum and Control Air Source Equipment. To include eleven-11 total systems and some of the equipment included is-Medical Scroll Air System: Model MSJ0506, Parker Domnick Hunter Dryers, Zander filters, Enmet CO Monitor: Model CLFEH501-12, Dental Scroll Air System: Model SPL4565296, Powerex Desiccant Dryers, Wilkerson Filters, Enmet CO Monitor: Model CO-GUARD, Powerex Dewpoint Monitor: Model PDPM1001AJ, Medical Vacuum System Model: CVPQ150, Laboratory Scroll Air System: Model: MTSD050345 Provide quarterly preventative maintenance for all systems identified in this statement of work and in accordance with the manufactures requirements and recommendations. Provide a complete detailed service report for each component within each system illustrating maintenance completed and system overall condition. All data sheets shall be presented to the VA technical point or contract or COR or his designee upon the completion of each service. The contractor shall respond to an emergency call with-in two hours of notification, during normal business hours 8am 4pm Monday thru Friday and with-in four hours of notification after hours and weekends. Must provide contact numbers. The contractor shall be a Master Powerex Distributor and a factory authorized service center for South Florida and provide documentation. All technicians shall be NFPA 99 certified and experienced in maintenance and service. All PM maintenance work shall be conducted Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7am and 3pm only. Only genuine O.E.M. parts shall be used in all repairs and services. All work shall be coordinated with the VA technical representative or COR, or designee and all workers are subject to all VA rules and regulations of the VA Medical Center. The contractor shall make recommendations for changes and improvements, which may be pertinent to meet this scope of work, only to the extent indicated. This is the only information available at this time.
