The USDA ARS has a requirement for TOC Monitors Maintenance Service at National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) USDA-ARS, Manhattan, KS

Scope of Work

Provide suitability testing and recalibration of three (3) Mettler Toledo total organic carbon (TOC) monitors installed at one (1) lyophilizer and two (2) BDM lab water systems. The objective of this contract is to support mission accomplishment by maintaining the Mettler Toledo TOC monitors.

Provide suitability testing every six months and recalibration every 12 months for three (3) Mettler Toledo TOC monitors installed at one (1) lyophilizer and two (2) BDM lab water systems.

Background: The NBAF is the nation first integrated agricultural and zoonotic disease, research, diagnostics, training, and evaluation (RDT&E) facility with the capability to address threats from high- consequence zoonotic disease agents and foreign animal disease (FAD) agents. As a result, the facility is design to contain BSL-2 through BSL-4 research studies. Contractors associated with the maintenance and modification of the facility should fully understand the construction types and construction and operations methods associated with these facilities. The facility will be occupied during the execution of this work.
