Description

-Answers to questions received on 11/30/2023- 1) Manchester VA Medical Center location: Is the confidential paper media collected from the 70 Office Consoles by VA staff and the vendor shreds only the 6 (65-gal) totes at a loading/centralized area? Or, does the vendor have to collect material from 70 Office Consoles and shred the 6(65-gal) totes? 2) Brady Sullivan location: Is the vendor responsible for collection of the confidential paper media from the 19 Office Consoles in 2 suites? Answer: Yes they will need to empty all the boxes and the totes in all areas//// They can coming with a rolling 65 tote to dump all offices during pick up.
