Description

The Contractor shall be responsible for all required materials, equipment andpersonnel to manage, administer, and supervise the project. All workmanshipshall be of good quality and performed in a skillful manner as determined by theProject Manager (PM). Contractor shall remove existing motor and blowerassembly. Install 2 Geenheck Model Plenum fans (Vari-green EC motor, dial forbalancing) or equal to. Contractor shall modify the electrical to accommodatethe new motors for the AHU. Contractor shall retrofit new bower assembly,create a wall in the AHU, and blank off any gaps to create a discharge plenum tobe installed. Contractor shall repair any items required for testing the operationof Air Handlers mechanically, and make necessary electrical modifications fornew motors at Building 2000 rear mechanical room. Contractor shall supply thematerials and service described in this document below. All work shall beconducted in compliance with the American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards. This is a turnkey install and startup. Contract shall result in a fully operational system. 502 CE shall not provideany materials, tools or equipment.

The RFQ has been amended to incorporate the updated Wage Determination
