Notice of Sole Source Award:

Project Title: Antenna KIT

Reference Number: FA460822P0053

The 2nd Contracting Squadron, Barksdale Air Force Base, hereby submits a notice of sole source award. The Government has awarded a firm-fixed-priced contract to Black Diamond Advanced Technology (BDATech) under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) & 13.501(a)(1)(iii) for battery cabling and battery power equipment to support an existing Link-16 Viasat PRC-161 MIDS JTRS terminal radio ground station at Barksdale Air Force Base. This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement.

This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered.
