Sources Sought- Welding and Fixture Tables with Accessory Kits

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine the availability of vendors that are capable of providing welding and fixture tables with accessory kits that are brand name or equal to Siegmund Imperial Series (Inch) Welding Table with Plasma described in the DRAFT Description of Requirements (DOR) provided as an attachment. 

A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated.

Submission Requirements:  Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:

1. Contractor Information. Please provide the following:
   1. Company name
   2. Company address
   3. Point of Contact name, phone number, and email
   4. CAGE code and UE ID number

1. NAICS Codes and Size of business associated - Large Business or Small Business. 
   1. If a small business, please provide the socioeconomic status (veteran-owned, woman-owned, etc.)

1. If the product can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market.

1. A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas.  Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft DOR will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party.
   1. Describe your capability to self-perform this requirement
   2. Describe your resources to self-perform this requirement
   3. Describe your technical competencies to self-perform this requirement
   4. Describe any relative or recent experience in relation to this requirement performed as the prime vendor and provide the contract number.

Those firms interested in providing information in response to this sources sought are requested to provide the above information to Jessica Rhein at jessica.j.rhein2.civ@us.navy.mil by 03:00 PM EDT on May 21,  2024.  The subject line of the e-mail shall read:  Welding and Fixture Tables-Sources Sought.  Submissions shall not exceed five (5) single sided pages in length.

If a solicitation is released, it is the responsibility of the potential offeror to monitor for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
