This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24222B0048 - Project Number 632-21-118 Replace ICU & 200 North Roofs at Northport VA Medical Center 79 Middleville Rd., Northport NY 11768. This shall be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 238160 and has a size standard of $16.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Scope of Work: PROJECT NO. 632-21-118, Replace ICU and 200 North Roofs. This Project will replace the building 200 ICU and 200 North roofs at the Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. The Contractor shall furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by the drawings and specifications. Work includes abatement, demolition, general construction, roofing, alterations, structural, mechanical, plumbing, lightning protection and electrical and other miscellaneous trades as required.
