12905B24Q0051 - Head House Roof Replacement USDA-ARS-PWA Prosser WA

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement for the removal/replacement of the Head House roof at Wapato WA. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. 

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract.

The requirement will be 100% Total Set-Aside for Small Businesses, under NAICS Code 238160 with a size standard of $19M.
