AMENDMENT 6 - CHANGE IN QUANTITIES REQUIRED IN CLIN 0002 AND CLIN 0004 - Smoke Oil For Air Show at Sheppard AFB Texas. See Attachment 6 Updated Smoke Oil Specifications at Sheppard Air Force Base, TX

The purpose of this Amendment 6 is to Notify All Offerors of the changes in the quantities required in CLIN 0002 and CLIN 0004 IAW Attachment 6 - Updated Smoke Oil Specifications at Sheppard Air Force Base, Tx. The Quanity in CLIN 0002 has been reduced from 13 55G Drums to 1 55G Drum of Phillips 66, Chevron Regal HH or "Equal".  CLIN 0004 - requirement has changed to 5 Empty 5-Gal Pails with Lids and Labels to identify Smoke in CLIN 0003 IAW Attachment 6-Updated Smoke Oil Specifications at Sheppard Air Force Base, TX.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Smoke Oil for Airshow at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The applicable NAICS code is 324191, and the small business size standard is 900 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns.

CLIN 0001 - Phillips 66, Chevron Regal Smoke Oil or Equal IAW Attachment 1 - 2024 Thunder Bird Support Manua1 - See page 15 and Attachments 5 - Specifications. 

CLIN 0002 Phillips 66, Chevron Regal Smoke Oil or Equal for P-17 IAW Attachment 2 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Third Strike.pdf and Attachment 5 - Specifications.

CLIN 0003 Phillips 66, Chevron Regal, Texaco Corvus or Equal Smoke for Extra 300 / SX and Mini Jet Airshows IAW  Attachment 3 - OHAS 2024 NAF Smoke Oil Requirement.pdf. Attachments 5 Specifications.

CLIN 0004 is for 10 Empty 5  Pails with Lids and 10 labels to identify smoke oil in CLIN 0003 so that oil can be separated per Attachment 3.

All documents including the solicitation, all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
