Description
This will serve as the only notice of the proposed contract action.
The FBI intends to issue a one time firm fixed price award to Persistent Systems in the amount of $128,486.44. Please see attached sole source justification for further details on this requirement.
Should a vendor believe they can fulfill this requirement, a capability statement shall be emailed to Contracting Officer Jenny Knight at jmknight@fbi.gov by 5pm EST on 2/25/22. Any received capability statements will be reviewed only to determine if a competitive solicitation may be conducted.
