This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  Proposals are being requested. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2022-06.  The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #15A00022Q00000106.

Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at http://www.SAM.gov. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.  The offeror must have a current profile in the Online Representations and Certifications (http://orca.bpn.gov) prior to award. The above referenced FAR clauses and provisions may be accessed via the World Wide Web at www.aquisitions.gov/far.

All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and must reference the solicitation # 15A00022Q00000106. All questions must be received by 2:00PM EST on July13, 2022. Questions received after the stated time will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All Proposals should be submitted via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov. All Proposals must be received by 5:00PM EST on July 25th, 2022 and must reference solicitation #15A00022Q00000106. Proposals received after the stated time will not be accepted.

Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to add to this solicitation the following measurement: Center Peak Height of 16’5”

Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to extend the due date for Proposals to July, 25th, 2022 by 5:00PM EST.
