General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area: North: Start at intersection of I-40 and US Hwy 335/S Loop 335 W (point of origin), travel eastbound on I-40 to US Hwy 335/N Lakeside Drive.
East: I-40 to US Hwy 335/N Lakeside Drive, travel Southbound on US Hwy 335/N Lakeside Drive to S Lakeside Drive and E Hollywood Rd.
South: S Lakeside Drive and E Hollywood Rd, travel westbound on US Hwy 335/Hollywood Road, to Coulter St S.
West: E Hollywood Rd and US Hwy 335/S Loop 335 W, travel northbound on US Hwy 335/S Loop 335 W to intersection with I-4 (point of origin).

Additional Requirements: • Tenant Agency must be located on the 2nd Floor or higher.
• Tenant Agency cannot be within 400' of facilities or agencies associated with foreign powers identified in Tenant's National Security Threat List.
• Tenant Agency cannot be within 640' of any facilities identified by ISC as "hazardous materials transportation/ storage facilities".
• For proposals of space in existing buildings, standoff distance must be provided from the curb line or nearest point accessible by a vehicle to the façade of the building to house the Tenant office.
• Server Room requires 24/7 operation.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in [City, State], that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
