Description

The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to obtain gardening services for real property owned by the U.S. Government at the U.S. Embassy Brussels, NEC located at Cours Saint Michel 40, Etterbeek. The Contractor shall perform gardening services in all designated spaces.

A full description of the required services and scope of work can be found in the attached documents.

Site Visit: The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held on Feb. 5th, 2025, at 10.00am (local time) at the NEC, located at Cours Saint Michel, N'40 - Etterbeek 1040, Belgium. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact BrusselsBids@state.gov by Feb. 4th, 2025, at 3.00pm (local time) for additional information or to arrange access.

Offer Instructions: Complete the OFFER as instructed in section 3, including all blank spaces highlighted in yellow, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company, or the quote may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

  • Section 5 Representations and Certifications
  • Additional information as required in Section 3


Contract: The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for 12 months, with 4, one-year options to renew.

Registration Requirements: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submission of quotations/proposals.

Electronic Submission/Responses: Your quotation must be submitted electronically to BrusselsBids@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 2MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 2MB each. (ex: first email ending in “part 1 of 3” and last email ending in "part 3 of 3”)
