Description
1. The proposed solicitation will be SDVOSB. The NAICS code is 333112 – Lawn and Garden Tractor and Home Lawn and Garden Equipment Manufacturing.
2. Description of items: Compact Utility Loader for the Southern Oregon VAMC in White City, OR for use on a large facility for landscaping, irrigation repair/ maintenance and general grounds work. Performance requirements to have the ability and operating capacity to lift and transport heavy loads. Minimum 24 hp diesel engine. Rated operating capacity over 1,000 lbs. Tracked Machine. 81 inch hinge pin height allowing attachments. Suspended operator platform. Auxiliary foot operated hydraulic control. Ability to accept trencher, bucket, augur and other attachments. Auxiliary foot control that maintains hydraulic flow to the attachment, freeing the operators hands. Dedicated operating platform with thigh and hip padding for increased operator comfort. Suspended platform has clear line of sight to the attachment plate, machine, and jobsite for maximum visibility.
3. Deliver by 30 June 2024.
4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Quote the week of February 19th with an anticipated award date the week of March 11th.
5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
