Description

The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supply of a chartered vessel and crew to conduct Northern Bering Sea Effects of Trawling Study (NETS) in the Northern Bering Sea, as described in the Statement of Work. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right toward no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds.

This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 483114.The small business size standard is 500 employees.

The base period of performance of this requirement is from September 15, 2023 through September 30, 2024, with two (2) option periods. In the event that all option periods are exercised, the total period of performance of this requirement will be October 1, 2024 to through September 30, 2026.
