Refuse Collection and Disposal services at NASA John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC)

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is for a Commercial Service being procured in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, and FAR 13.5 supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. The awarded quotes price will be determined fair and reasonable using FAR 15.4. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) intends to solicit quotes for Refuse Collection and Disposal services at NASA John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC), Merritt Island, Florida.
This is solicitation number 80GRC023Q0003 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This requirement is set aside for HUBZone considerations. The associated NAICS code is 562111. The small business size standard is $47 Million. Anticipated Award Date: Within 30 days of receiving offers.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and vehicles, with the exception of Government-Furnished Property/Equipment specifically identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), necessary to provide Refuse Collection and Disposal services to NASA John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC), Merritt Island, Florida.

The Contract Type will be:
Firm Fixed Price with Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Orders
Quotes are due at 2:00 PM ET, August 25, 2023. Offers must be submitted by email. Contractual and Technical questions regarding this solicitation will only be accepted until 2:00 PM ET, August 18, 2023. Questions must be received electronically via email to the Contracting Officer, Jamahel Fayall at Jamahel.R.Fayall@nasa.gov. Telephonic questions will not be accepted.
