Description
Requirement: To facilitate its mission, the New York Harbor Healthcare System Engineering Office requires the purchase of an electrical transformer for building 89 at the St. Albans VA Medical Center. After a power failure, the St. Albans VA Medical Center has been renting a Daelim Belefic 500kVA 4160 / 207Y / 120v three-phase radial feed pad-mount transformer until a transformer can be procured.
