Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50S8D24Q0005 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023‐06. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set‐aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910 with a small business size standard of $25 million.  Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking services to perform removal and diposal of a 15,000 gallon fuel oil tank in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

CLIN 0001 Removal and Disposal of a 15,000 gallon fuel oil tank

The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose Quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Evaluation of price will be performed using one or more of the price analysis techniques in FAR 13.106-3. Through these techniques the Government will determine whether the price is reasonable, complete and not unbalanced. Wage Determination No. 2015‐4159,  Revision 23 dated 06/30/2023 applies to this procurement. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM EST, 10 January 2024.
