Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) requires extreme high vacuum (XHV) chambers for a new scanning probe system (SPM) at NIST. To fulfill this requirement, NIST requires nine vacuum chambers/components that will be interconnected to form a vacuum space for the SPM laboratory to perform sample and probe preparation, and SPM measurements.
