Description

Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for initiation and research of an emerging NATO concept.

The Allied Command Transformation, Strategic Plans and Policy Directorate, Concept Development Branch is tasked with developing strategic concepts. This RFP relates to a single concept development effort and requires Subject Matter Expertise to support the identified deliverables. The work consists of two discrete components: Concept Development Initiation Management, and Concept Development Research Planning, Coordination, and Integration.

All proposed key personnel on this requirement must be citizens of a NATO member nation.

This is a firm fixed price deliverables contract.

Bids shall be received at HQ SACT no later than 27 December 2024 9:00 am, EST. No bids shall be accepted after this time and date. No hard copy proposals will be accepted.

In lieu of a bidders’ conference, HQ SACT invites bidders to submit initial technical questions no later than 15 December 2024.
