Description

Dear Prospective Offerors:

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID/Ukraine), is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the services required to implement the PLSO activity in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
