NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: 

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Office of Contracting Services, Virginia intends to award a sole source purchase order to GoHypersonic Incorporated (cage code 4F3J3), 848 E. Monument Ave. Dayton, OH 45402. GoHypersonic Incorporated will be able to provide LINK3D software (graphical user interface, grid generation engine, and grid utilities), documentation, training, software support, and software updates (patches and new releases) software annual renewals. GoHypersonic Incorporated is the sole manufacturer of LINK3D software and the sole provider of updates and technical support in North America.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 8 September 2023. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
