Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation number FA489023Q0029 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04.FY22 T2 CENTCOM Lebanon EOD Vehicles. These vehicles will be used to generate trained and ready forces for border security operations derived from the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Line of Effort to Defeat the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and to disrupt regional and transregional terrorist organizations. This program also supports the Integrated Country Strategy objective to strengthen Lebanese state institutions to exert sovereign authority and enhance security. The Government intends to award firm fixed price contract. In order to be considered for award, shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.204-24; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Failure to provide the required information in the requested format may result in quotes not being considered for award. Attachments 1 (Procurement Workbook) and 2 (Statement of Work) apply to this RFQ and any subsequent award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for quote preparation costs.
