Description

This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to procure four (4) licenses for brand name Factory Talk View Enterprise and one (1) license for Studio 5000 Legacy Perpetual to support Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

This acquisition will be solicited on a sole source basis to Rockwell Automation, Inc., the manufacturer and proprietary of Factory Talk software licenses and products. The proposed resulting contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order, for one year.

ACC-RI intends to issue a request for quote to Rockwell Automation, Inc. Responsible sources, who can verify appropriate approval and authorization to provide this software/support, may submit a response for consideration.
