Description
This is a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, unrestricted, design-bid-build source selection. This solicitation requires the NASA Michoud Assembly Facility Building 103 Roof Replacement, NASA Michoud, LA. Solicitation documents are attached in PIEE.
