Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Alaska Region Protected Resources Division (PRD) has a need for veterinary services in support of the Alaska Marine Mammal Stranding Response Network. The Government anticipates awarding a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time-and Materials (T&M) purchase order as a result of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Upon execution, the purchase order will continue for a base period of 12 months and two (2) additional 12 month option periods (if exercised) for a total period of performance from December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2025. The Contracting Officer may extend up to six (6) months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services (NOV 1999). This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541940, Veterinary Services, with a small business size standard of $9M. The resultant awardee shall furnish services described in Attachment A Performance Work Statement (PWS).
