Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District, intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis/solicitation and separate notice will not be issued.
The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation documents are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-9 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 2022929. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the most responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is the most advantageous to the Government, price and all other factors considered.
The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible quoters on a best value trade-off process. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Government determines it to be necessary.
