Description
Code 808 in the Naval Architecture and Engineering Department (Department 80) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is responsible for Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) of United States Navy COLUMBIA (CLB) Class submarine components. This contract is for the production of multi-material hardware for the CLB Class manufacturing effort.
If interested, please submit your company’s name, a point of contact and address the classified drawings can be mailed to, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), CAGE and DUNS codes to the contract specialist and contracting officer below. After the Government verifies the security clearance of the potential offeror, it will mail the drawings to the address provided. The Government requests potential offerors to submit their requests for confidential material within one week, to allow time for delivery. After reviewing the confidential material to provide a response to this request for information (RFI), all interested parties must destroy the confidential drawings, in accordance with Government approved processes for destruction of confidential and proprietary information. The Government will also accept the potential offeror's request to receive the restricted Statement of Work (SOW), after confirmation is complete in the JCP.
