Description
*The purpose of this RFI Extension is to extend the RFI due date from July 7, 2023 at 5PM EST to July 14, 2023 at 5PM EST to allow more time for responses to be submitted. The RFI will not be extended beyond this date. All Q/A's will be answered with any potential posting of the RFQ.
The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information and capability statements from industry for the NASA Construction Management Enterprise Tool (CoMET) requirement. NASA requires all vendors interested in replying to this RFI provide a 15-page capability statement that addresses the requirements in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a request for information only, and the Government reserves the right to solicit or not solicit this requirement.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Office of Strategic Infrastructure (OSI) seeks to acquire system administration and technical support services to provide, configure, implement, and administer a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Construction Management Enterprise Tool (CoMET). NASA intends to award a single-award contract for the configuration, integration, and administration of a new software-as-a-service (i.e., cloud-based) enterprise-wide solution that includes hosting, licensing, configuration, data architecture, integration, testing, training, maintenance / support services, and system administration.
CoMET shall meet the performance standards and availability described in the contractor’s proposal, shall be a cloud-based commercial offering, shall be integrated with other specified information technology (IT) systems and software, shall be operated and maintained in accordance with industry best practices and Federal guidelines, and shall include a Service Level Agreement (SLA). CoMET shall be Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorized at the time of contract award and shall achieve Agency Authority to Operate (ATO) within 6 months of Notice To Proceed (NTP).
